1. Data controller

2. Data processed by the website

Technical browsing data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. They are needed to run and protect the website (server logs) and are kept for no more than 14 days, unless an abuse is being investigated.

The website uses no third-party analytics, advertising or profiling tools and embeds no third-party content. It counts visits by itself, without cookies: for each day only how many times each page was viewed, the language and the referring domain; unique visitors are counted with a fingerprint that changes every day and is never stored. No IP address is kept for statistics.

Pre-registration and notifications (“Notify me”): the email address you give us, your language, the topics you chose (launch, iOS, PC, Google Play, news) and, as proof of consent, the version of the accepted text, the date and time, your truncated IP address (last digits removed) and your browser. They are used to send you the confirmation (double opt-in), the notifications you asked for and, at launch, the pre-registration gift code. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email. Unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 30 days; when you unsubscribe your address is removed at once; sent emails are kept for 90 days.

3. Data processed by the game

Account data (username, identifier, encrypted credentials), game progress, purchases, chat messages and reports, technical device data and security logs. They are needed to provide the service you asked for (legal basis: contract) and to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

Account data is kept as long as the account exists; when you ask for deletion we erase it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

4. Where the data is and who sees it

Our servers are in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). The website goes through the Cloudflare, Inc. network, which processes IP addresses to deliver pages and block attacks, with the safeguards required for transfers outside the EU (standard contractual clauses / Data Privacy Framework).

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

5. Children

The game is also meant for young players. Under 14 (in Italy), consent-based processing such as pre-registration requires the consent of a parent or guardian.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to [EMAIL]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the one where you live.

7. Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date below; for significant changes we will notify you in the game or by email.
