Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the https://playmythvault.com website and the Mythvault game, provided by [TITOLARE], [INDIRIZZO] ([EMAIL]). By using the website or the game you accept them.
1. The service
Mythvault is an online game in development. During early access, content, balance and features may change, and the service may be suspended for maintenance.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and credentials. An account is personal: it cannot be sold, transferred or shared.
3. Conduct
Cheats, bots, bug exploits, client modifications, attacks on the service, harassment and unlawful content are forbidden. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Virtual content
In-game coins, gems, cards and items are a limited licence to use, have no real-world value and cannot be converted into money. Purchases, once active, follow the terms of the store used and the consumer rights granted by law.
5. Intellectual property
The game, the website, the Mythvault name, characters and images belong to [TITOLARE] or their respective owners. You may share screenshots and videos of the game for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for interruptions, loss of game data or indirect damages. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Governing law
Italian law applies. Consumers may always use the courts of their place of residence.
